With over thirty years of experience as a business owner and manager, he brings a strong foundation of leadership, organization, and systems thinking to our team. From overseeing day-to-day operations to handling billing and insurance with precision and care, Ron is the go-to person for making sure the business side of our practice supports the clinical work seamlessly.

 

Ron’s thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach helps ensure that clients and clinicians alike can focus on what matters most—healing and connection. Whether he’s troubleshooting tech, streamlining workflows, or answering a tricky insurance question, Ron does it all with patience and a problem-solving mindset.

 

Outside of work, Ron loves spending time with his grandchildren, experimenting with new recipes on his smoker, grilling out, and finding creative ways to use technology and automation in everyday life.
