Meet Raechel
Raechel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and Oklahoma. She is passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves and in their relationships. She has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health and private practice, helping individuals and couples overcome anxiety, strengthen their relationships, build self-confidence, and navigate life transitions and challenges of motherhood.
Raechel provides a warm, nonjudgmental, validating environment that helps those she works with feel heard and comfortable processing some of the most difficult topics and experiences. She will collaborate with you to discover skills that will help you be kinder to yourself, recognize and meet your own needs and help you find fulfillment. She also helps couples learn to tune in to each other’s emotions and needs, communicate more effectively, and learn to build a foundation of friendship and kindness in their relationship.
Outside of therapy, she is also an adjunct university instructor and enjoys teaching relationship skills and research to her students. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, toddler, and baby, going to the gym, playing board games, going to concerts, and making bread.
Rachel accepts private pay, Tricare West, UHC/Optum and Aetna.
