We are seeking a dynamic and experienced therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based therapy and counseling services to help them achieve their mental health and wellness goals.

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients  

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services, utilizing various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others.

• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, providing guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical requirements utilizing an EHR system

• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge (as required by license and level of experience)

• Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, promoting client confidentiality, respect, and cultural sensitivity

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field

• Must see a minimum of 5 clients per week

• If practicing independently: active and unrestricted state licensure as a therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)

• Strong clinical skills, with expertise in various treatment modalities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients

• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing therapy and counseling services

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Trauma treatment or perinatal training and experience is a plus!

This is a 1099 position, so you have complete control over your scheduling. Our office is completely virtual al this time.
