Dr. Jessica Kaffer, PsyD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist & CEO

Dr. Kaffer is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and a mother of three little girls. She earned her doctorate degree in Clinical psychology (PsyD) from Midwestern University. During her postdoctoral residency, she created and lead an intensive outpatient treatment program for military members at a local psychiatric hospital. She has taught multiple graduate level courses and serves as a certified supervisor for the Arizona Board of Behavioral health.

Although initially Dr. Kaffer's heart and focus was pursuing specialty trainings specific to trauma treatment for first responders and members of the armed forces, her interests shifted when she became a mother. After experiencing her own struggles in pregnancy and postpartum and noticing a general lack of resources and education, Dr. Kaffer redirected her love and attention to providing support and treatment to moms in every stage of motherhood. Now Dr. Kaffer owns and operates a group practice while providing virtual psychotherapy sessions to moms in need nationwide as a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) and a PsyPACT credentialed provider.

Dr. Kaffer has also shared her knowledge and expertise on all things motherhood as a public speaker. Dr. Kaffer believes women do not have to sacrifice themselves to have a happy and functional family because it is not about saying "Me first" it is about saying "Me too."

Dr. Hardie is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) and a PsyPACT credentialed provider. She earned her doctorate degree in Clinical psychology (Psy.D) from Nova Southeastern University and completed her internship working with adults who presented with a variety of mental health diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings. During her postdoctoral residency, she helped develop and integrate a behavioral health department within a primary care clinic.

The journey of parenthood, which often begins prior to conception, had a profound impact on Dr. Hardie. She discovered her passion for working with individuals in all stages of parenthood, with a particular interest in supporting women through infertility and assisted reproduction, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as grief and loss.

Dr. Hardie helps people to discover and grow in their strengths and resilience, explore their sense of identity as well as making peace and finding meaning in ones experiences and decisions. Diane Wagner, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Diane is a wife, mother of 3, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Florida. She approaches therapy from a trauma informed and cognitive behavioral perspective. She has extensive experience with a wide variety of mental health concerns among individuals and families in the inpatient, outpatient, and private practice setting. She brings a warm and empathic understanding to all of her interactions and she places great value on the input of her clients throughout their healing and growth process.

Diane is not afraid of changing the course of treatment or shifting gears - wellness is an ever-changing journey that looks different for each person. She sees you as the specialist in your life, using a collaborative process and holistic tools to support you toward the peace and healing you seek. She believes that your mental and emotional well-being is the foundation that serves you in life. Although life may seem uneasy right now, addressing your needs should not be seen as a selfish act, but rather a path to self-preservation. Reaching out for support is not always easy and getting the help you desire is her highest priority.

Having fun is an essential part of living! Diane loves exploring the outdoors, a long beach day, reading, meditation, homeschooling and free play with her kids, and spending quality time with her husband.
